You can ask for a refund of a Mass Custom Fields Pro plan (Pro, Business or Agency) within 14 days of the purchase.
How it works
- Contact us at [SUPPORT_EMAIL], or ask through your Freemius account, within 14 days of the purchase date. Include the email address of the order. A reason is welcome but not required.
- Freemius, the merchant of record, processes the refund to the original payment method. Timing depends on your payment provider.
- When a refund is granted, the license is deactivated and Pro features stop on your sites, as described on the product page. Your data stays in your database.

- Free trial first: the 14-day trial needs no card, so you can try everything before buying.

Not covered
WPMass does not refund third-party costs, for example AI provider usage charged to your own API key, or the cost of Google Maps or hosting.
