Managing generated pages

Click Pages on a task card (or View 120 pages in the task editor) to see the pages of one task.

The pages list

The header reads Pages with a summary such as "118 live, 2 hidden" and buttons Convert to posts (see Converting to posts) and Edit task.

Search and filters

• Search URL or title… (search pages)
• Status: All statuses, Live, Hidden, Removed, Converted, URL in use
• Search engines: Indexed or not, In search results, Kept out (noindex)
• Edited by hand: Edited or not, Edited by hand, As generated

If nothing matches the list says No matching pages; before the first run No pages yet with "Run the task to generate its pages."

Hide and show a page

Hide takes a page offline: "Page hidden; it now returns “not found”." A hidden page answers 404, stays hidden through every run and still counts against your page limit. Show brings it back: "Page is live again."

Bulk actions

Tick pages (the first checkbox selects every page on the screen). A bar shows "%d page selected" with Only this screen or Select all %d matching pages (every page that matches the current search and filters). Choose a Bulk action and click Apply:

"Select all matching" handles at most 5,000 pages per request: "Only the first 5000 matching pages were changed. Apply the action again for the rest." The result toast says "%d page changed."

SEO health

The card SEO health above the list checks the task and summarizes it as "Looks good" or "%d to improve". Each check is Good, Note or Improve; the number of affected pages has a Show pages link that filters the list. Show all checks expands the rest.

The checks are cached until pages or the task change; deleting a task also removes its cached checks.

The page editor

Edit opens one page: #tasks/{task}/pages/{page}. Only live and hidden pages can be edited. Buttons: View page, Rewrite AI values ("AI rewrites this page’s values in the background; values set by hand stay."), and a Page settings area. Sections:

The template's field group fields for this page, see Templates and field values. Edit, Write with AI, Use default per field.

"The template has no field group fields this editor can change." appears if no field group applies.

Structured data

The properties that the task maps to data columns, templates or AI, with the same controls. "The task adds no structured data. Turn it on in the task’s “Structured data” step." when there is none. See Structured data.

Data

The source rows of the page. Save row updates the data table and every page built from that row. Rows of field group sources open Edit on its post.

Per value states and the editor's AI button

Each value shows one of Default, Empty, Set by hand, Waiting for AI, AI failed or Written by AI. Write with AI asks the provider for that single value right now (it needs an API key); you can do this at most 10 times per minute per user ("Too many AI requests. Wait a minute and try again."). A value written this way for something the task takes from a template or the data is kept like a hand edit ("The task does not take this value from AI: the AI text is kept like a hand edit.").

What hand edits survive

Deleting the task deletes the pages together with every value stored for them.
